For PhpFox support, you must at least purchase the Great Essentials Bundle or Bundle 1 of the PHP contacts importer. Support for additional webmails may then be obtained by purchasing Bundle 2 after Bundle 1 or Great Essentials Bundle has been installed.
Bundle 2 is not a superset of Bundle 1, and Bundle 3 is not a superset of Bundle 2. If you wish to support all webmails, then you would need to purchase each bundles separately.
